Before your cleaning make sure you;
have dishes out of sink
everything is picked up off floor
any cleaning products you prefer, that we don't have leave out!
on deep cleans please move anything away from wall you want cleaned behind, due to insurance we cannot move furniture!
Cleaning Packages
We offer a variety of cleaning packages to suit your needs, including: basic cleans, deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, renovation cleans, residential cleans, and commercial cleans (limited to offices), and Air BnB's. Each package is designed to address specific cleaning requirements.
Pricing Structure
Our prices are determined based on two primary factors: the type of cleaning service you require and the square footage of your property. This ensures a fair and transparent pricing system for all our customers in northern Alabama.
Things not included in our cleanings :
-Closets, laundry room, outside windows, sunrooms, porch clean ups, carpet cleaning, couch cleaning, mattress cleaning, laundry, dishes.
*we cannot clean up any animal or human fecal matter, or needles, or hazardous materials *
*we cannot move furniture *
Additional Fees
We offer a range of add-on services that are not included in our standard cleaning packages. Please inquire about these extras to customize your cleaning experience and get a detailed breakdown of any potential additional fees. Visit our pricing page for fees.
* deposits are required to book an appointment but go towards the cost of your cleaning. Deposit is $50 for basic/deep , move out/ in is $75, renovation $80*
*cancellations that are cancelled within 24 hours of appointment are refunded , if not they are kept*
*invoices not paid within 24 hours have a late fee added of $25*
* returned checks incurre a fee of $30*
